A summary of this week's Voice America show with Brian Johnson. Very inspiring!

Brian Johnson, of PhilosophersNotes.com, offers a truly inspired example of a life fully lived. He takes a passion for the literal meaning of philosophy – love of wisdom – and translates it into a life of excellence, joy, and meaning. After growing and selling two influential companies (eTeamz and Zaadz.com) by the age of 34, Brian decided that his true calling involves reading great books, applying their insights in his daily life, and sharing the Big Ideas that emerge with as many people as possible – a concept he has turned into a business called Philosopher’s Notes, which is like Cliff’s Notes, only better. In this show with Stephen Dinan, Brian shares the secrets of living a life fully aligned with our most authentic self. He reflects on going beyond our excellence to our unique genius, getting paid for doing what we love most, focusing on the most important task of each day, cleansing ourselves of habits that don’t serve, and making our work a reflection of our calling. Insightful, passionate, and infectiously optimistic, Brian is a true pioneer with a knack for taking groundbreaking ideas and applying them in inspiring ways.
