Stacey Lawson- Waking Up Through Work

Here's the summary and link to listen to my show from this week with Stacey Lawson entitled "Waking Up Through Work"

A growing number of people seek to bring more of their authentic selves into the workplace. Stacey Lawson is a successful entrepreneur and spiritual teacher who goes a step farther, illuminating how our work can be a vehicle for our awakening and our companies can become transcendent. During this Shift in Action radio show, she draws from her experience building and selling successful technology companies, investing in social enterprises, and co-founding the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at Berkeley - as well as her 10+ years of practice of Hatha, Kundalini, and Siddha yoga. Stacey shares her perspective on focusing on the sutbtle realms first, aligning with our creative source, being in the present, and taking time during the day to reconnect with Spirit. Join us to hear more about the principles that lead to her success!

Hi Steven, Stacey,
I appreciate your post! I have spent decades in spiritual practice, as well as in the high-tech corporate work environment. When people ask how that works for me, I simply say that "Work is my spiritual practice". (of course, I see everything as my spiritual practice, since there is nothing outside of the Oneness ;-)

For the last year, I have been posting to an internal blog at work called "Inner Oasis" to provide co-workers with tips and perspectives in simple language to help them feel less stressed, and more creative and productive - in other words, Awaken. Last week , I created a web version of this blog, which you can visit at www.inneroasis.wordpress.com.

Thanks for offering your expressions and persepctives !
